SMS Service Notifications

SMS sending is not yet available. You can record or withdraw a pending request in your SMS preferences. Messages will begin only after carrier approval, number verification, and completion of our messaging controls. Existing notification preferences do not enroll you.
About the program
ProDJ Agency, operated by Delpuma Consulting Group LLC, offers optional text messages about your ProDJ bookings, account activity, and assigned events. This program is for United States mobile numbers. It does not include promotional campaigns or messages sent by other ProDJ users for their own marketing.
Your choice to enroll
You enroll by entering a mobile number you control and selecting the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a service or using ProDJ. You can continue using your account without enrolling. Message frequency varies with your account and event activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After a final opt-out confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again through the supported re-enrollment process. You can also withdraw consent in your ProDJ SMS preferences. Reply HELP for help, or contact ryan@delpuma.com. Opting out of SMS does not cancel bookings or close your ProDJ account.
Delivery and your number
Delivery depends on carrier availability and other factors. SMS is not guaranteed or suitable for emergencies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your ProDJ dashboard for current booking and event information. If your number changes or is reassigned, withdraw consent for the old number and enroll the new number separately.
