Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ProDJ platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including DJs, clients, agencies, and visitors.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ProDJ only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials do not require a credit card and convert to a paid plan only if you choose to upgrade.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the ProDJ platform are owned by ProDJ Agency and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it within the platform.
6. DJ & Client Relationships
ProDJ facilitates connections between DJs and clients but is not a party to any booking agreement. Disputes between DJs and clients should be resolved directly between the parties. ProDJ is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by DJs.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProDJ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms survive termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
